Shenae & AnnaLynne: "90210" Goes Back in TIme

Situated at the Griffith Observatory, Shenae Grimes and AnnaLynne McCord spent the day shooting 60's inspired scenes for their CW show "90210" on Tuesday (February 8).

Decked out in a burgundy sweater and floral leggings before changing into a more chic green dress and high heels, Miss Shenae Grimes grabbed up a snack before making her way alongside Jillian Zisner for the afternoon work efforts.

Meanwhile, Miss AnnaLynne McCord added her own sex appeal in a short black dress and furry boots before swapping into a sparkly retro ensemble as she chatted with crew members and greeted an on-set canine before shooting a limo scene.

As for the current season of "90210," the series returns Monday, February 15th at 8/7c with a new episode featuring musican Nelly titled "Revenge of the Nerd".


A synopsis via the show's website reads: "Navid (Michael Steger) and Dixon (Tristan Wilds) convince a music producer to shoot a music video at Shirazi Studios. Adrianna's (Jessica Lowndes) suspicions are confirmed, and she tells Silver (Jessica Stroup) about her plot for revenge. Emily (Abbie Cobb, "Jonas") distracts Annie (Shenae Grimes) and tries to get close to Liam (Matt Lanter), but her plan backfires. Teddy (Trevor Donovan) leans on Silver for support. Getting ready for the upcoming ceremony, the 2011 People’s Choice Awards announced this year’s nominees earlier today (November 9).

All kinds of celebrities were in the house for the big event in West Hollywood, including hotties like AnnaLynne McCord, Audrina Patridge, Malin Akerman, and Queen Latifah.


And as it turns out, the “Twilight” franchise is once again on top of the list, with Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, and Kristen Stewart all garnering multiple nods.

Fans can vote for their favorite celebrities online all the way up to December 7th. The 2011 People’s Choice Awards will be handed out on January 5th, 2011 at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles.

Finishing off the week with work efforts, AnnaLynne McCord was spotted soaking up some sun on the beach in Los Angeles, CA on Friday afternoon (October 15).

Joined by co-stars Jessica Stroup and Jessica Lowndes, the trio of lovely ladies showed off their bikini bodies while plugging away on new scenes for "90210".

Currently on hiatus, a new episode of the CW show is coming up on November 1st titled “Welcome to the Undies”.

A summary tells: "Season two of 90210 focuses on our group as they begin their all-important Junior year. They’ll go through all the ordinary teenage struggles and triumphs – crushes, sexual discovery, academic pressure, evolving friendships, shunning and isolation, love and relationships, family issues, SATs, STDs, a desire to fit in, a desire to stand out, fear and humiliation, joy and exultation – but they’ll do so in the extraordinary world of LA. Hard at work on her hit CW show, AnnaLynne McCord was looking fabulous as she filmed beach scenes for "90210" in Los Angeles on Wednesday (October 13).

Strapping on a body-hugging multi-colored wetsuit, the 23-year-old actress bravely hopped into the chilly water as she shot a surfing scene alongside a hunky male co-star.

Aside from her television efforts, AnnaLynne has been appreciatively pitching in for New Orleans' St. Bernard Project - which is helping to rebuild homes destroyed during Hurrican Katrina.

Asked how she got involved by USA Today, Miss McCord told, "I visited New Orleans for the first time about three years ago. I expected that some rebuilding would have taken place, and that many people would already be back in their homes. I didn't realize that the devastation would be so great nearly two years after the storm. As an American, I was heartbroken. I felt incredibly ignorant to the fact that so much still needed to be done."

She added, "For the last couple of years, I've worked to bring awareness to New Orleans...to help these people feel like America hasn't forgotten them. We given so much aid to the world, but we've forgotten our own people. There are homeless people still living in FEMA trailers that reek of formaldehyde. 4. Yay Sarah Jessica Parker finally came close to wowing us at the London premiere of Sex and the City 2 premiere, after a boring and safe week of fashion choices. She paid tribute to her friend, designer Alexander McQueen in this dark fairytale dress with the big headpiece. We liked!

3. Peaches Geldof has had a makeover! She is tanned and bronzed, her teeth and eyes look brighter and whiter and she is rocking this season's bronze metallic fashion trend. We love it! Especially the headpiece, but maybe she could go easier on the tan?

2. We think Scottish actress Karen Gillan looked amazing at the British Television Awards this past week! The bronzey colour of the dress suit and the flesh tone camisole work perfectly with her red hair and skin colour. What a gorgeous outfit!

Happy Birthday, AnnaLynne McCord!

Typically, when a celebrity celebrates a birthday, we aren't sure what to get him or her.

After all, these people are already rich and famous and living a life many others would kill for.

But 90210 star AnnaLynne McCord turns 23 today and we've already ordered her present: a gift certificate to Chili's. The actress needs a cheeseburger or two dozen... STAT!

That said, there's one individual who doesn't care about McCord's weight or lack of acting talent: Kellan Lutz. These two have been dating, on and off, for years.

If we had this hunk to roll around with in bed every night, we'd probably burn thousands of calories and look sickly, too.
