Press registrarion has begun for this year's International Salon & Spa Expo, held in Long Beach, CA - January 26-28, 2008.

Calvin Klein Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation announced the appointment of Robert Vignola as President, Calvin Klein Collection, a newly created position to support the brand’s global business.
Based in the company’s New York headquarters, Mr. Vignola will be responsible for sales and merchandising and will report to Fabio Fusco, subject to the completion of the proposed transfer to CKI of Confezioni Moda Italia S.r.l. (CMI), the Trento-based licensee of Calvin Klein Collection men’s and women’s apparel and accessories.
Mr. Fusco is CEO of CMI and would remain with the company after the completion of the transfer. Mr. Fusco would report to Tom Murry, President & COO, Calvin Klein Inc.
PVH announced in December 2007 that it had reached an agreement in principle with The Warnaco Group Inc pursuant to which Warnaco would transfer CMI to CKI. The transaction is targeted to close in mid-January 2008 but is not final and is subject to the negotiation and the execution of definitive documentation, which in turn could be subject to closing conditions.
“This is a very exciting time for Calvin Klein Collection and the appointment of Robert Vignola is an important step to enhance the structure of the business for global growth and intensified brand development,” said Mr. Murry.
“Robert is a talented executive who will strengthen the existing Calvin Klein Collection management team and support Fabio Fusco with the level of talent required to build the Calvin Klein Collection brand into a top global luxury business.”

James Blunt counts beauties like supermodel Petra Nemcova among his exes, but despite his reputation as a ladies' man, he hopes to have his own family one day.
He said: "To fail at marriage would be really sad. Family is a really special thing and should be seen as one of the greatest ambitions.
"The happiest friends I know are in close-knit relationships with children who make them smile."
However, while he's envious of many of his friends' relationships, the singer explained all his pals ever do is "take the p**s" out of him.
James added to the Sunday Times Magazine: "I've made a career out of cheese! I was at f***ing boarding school. I was in the army. We ribbed each other throughout. My friends -- we only take the p**s out of each other.
"If I didn't get it, I would think they didn't love me."

An insider said: “Kate has agreed that Tracey will put her unusual artistic stamp all over the wedding -- with no holds barred.
“She’s given Tracey permission to put her artwork up wherever she sees fit. So let’s hope the guests are watching the bride rather than some of the limelight-stealing pieces that will be displayed.
“Tracey has so far been working on sculptures of the happy couple in preparation for the ceremony. She is hoping they could become like a sequel to 'My Bed.'”
'My Bed' is an installation that depicted Emin's own unmade sleeping space surrounded by cigarette butts and empty bottles.
Kate and Jamie -- who got engaged last month -- are said to have asked Tracey to exhibit at their wedding after being delighted with a recent gift she gave them, a giant neon heart which flashes red with the word 'love' inside.
